Secret Prison #5

Good news! Dirty Diamonds' own Carey Pietsch will be in the latest issue of Secret Prison! Issue #5 will be debuting at SPX in just a couple weeks. This is her first time in the anthology, so congrats to her!!

We'll also be running an ad in this issue, drawn by Kelly P, to let people know we'll start accepting submissions for Dirty Diamonds #2 soon, after the next issue's theme has been announced. So stay tuned!

Dirty Diamonds debut and release party!

It's finally here! Volume One of the Philly-based all-girl comics anthology Dirty Diamonds!

Dirty Diamonds features four stories by local Philadelphia artists about experiences with alcohol. Read about our triumphs and pitfalls with everyone's favorite vice.

Our comic will be debuting this weekend, August 14th, at the Philly Alternative Comic Con at The Rotunda (40th & Walnut)! Doors open at noon and close at 7pm. All four of the anthology's inaugural contributors will be tabling at PACC, so come out to grab a copy of the anthology, see us, and see what else we have to offer!

Also, immediately following and right around the corner from PACC, we will be holding the Dirty Diamonds release party! It will be held at Smokey Joe's and will feature a raffle full of unique and silly prizes. Buy a copy of the anthology at PACC or the after-party and you'll be entered to win something! Our flyer is below:
